Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel or request changes to a confirmed booking, message us on WhatsApp or call +91 63678 35070, or email padharojaisan@gmail.com, quoting your name and travel dates. A cancellation is only effective once we confirm receipt.

As a general guide, for tour packages, desert camp and desert safari bookings:

• 15 or more days before the travel date: full refund, minus any non-refundable advance already paid to hotels, camps or vendors on your behalf
• 7–14 days before the travel date: 50% refund of the amount paid
• Less than 7 days before the travel date, or no-shows: non-refundable

During peak season (October–March) and festival periods, some hotels and desert camps apply stricter, non-refundable advance policies — we will let you know before you confirm your booking if this applies to you.

Local taxi bookings can typically be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with reasonable notice. Outstation taxi and self-drive bookings follow the same tiered policy above, since vehicles are blocked in advance on your behalf.

We’re happy to reschedule your trip to a new date where possible, subject to availability. Rescheduling requested 7 or more days before your original travel date is usually free; requests closer to the date may be treated as a cancellation under the policy above, followed by a fresh booking.

In the rare case that we need to cancel or significantly change your booking (for example, due to vendor unavailability), we will offer you a full refund or a suitable alternative of equal value, at your choice.

Desert camp, camel safari and jeep safari activities may be modified, postponed or rescheduled for safety reasons due to weather or conditions beyond our control. We will offer the best available alternative where possible; standard cancellation charges do not apply in these cases.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (or by bank transfer/UPI, as agreed) within 7–10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
