Padharo Jaisan is a Jaisalmer-based travel company offering curated tour packages, taxi service, self-drive car rental and desert safari experiences (desert camp, camel safari, jeep safari and related activities) in and around Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.

Our website is an information and enquiry platform, not an automated booking engine. Submitting an enquiry form or WhatsApp message does not confirm a booking. Every booking is manually reviewed and confirmed by our team over WhatsApp, phone or email, based on actual availability at the time.

Prices are shared on request and depend on group size, travel dates, season, vehicle category and hotel/camp category. Prices quoted are indicative until confirmed in writing (including over WhatsApp) and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable as agreed at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods (UPI, bank transfer, cash or otherwise) will be communicated to you directly, since our website does not currently process online payments.

Hotels, desert camps, vehicle operators, drivers and other vendors used to fulfil your booking are independent third parties, not employees of Padharo Jaisan. We select our partners with reasonable care, but we are not liable for their independent acts, omissions, delays or service quality beyond what is reasonably within our control.

• Carry valid government-issued identification during your trip
• Follow the safety instructions of drivers, guides and camp/activity staff
• Take reasonable care of your personal belongings and valuables
• Behave responsibly towards local communities, wildlife and the environment

Desert activities such as camel safari, jeep safari and dune-based experiences carry inherent risk. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, and consult a doctor if you have concerns about participating. We take reasonable safety precautions, but we are not liable for injury, illness or loss arising from the inherent risks of these activities where reasonable safety measures have been followed.

We are not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, political unrest or public health emergencies. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives.

We take care to keep the information, itineraries and images on our website accurate, but photographs are representative of the experience and may not depict the exact vehicle, camp, room or view you receive. Content on this website is owned by Padharo Jaisan and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Padharo Jaisan’s liability for any claim relating to your booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
